Asisto is a business phone line with an AI receptionist on it. Calls and texts to your number are answered around the clock, appointments are booked straight into your calendar, and you can dial out from the browser under the number your customers already recognise.

Setting up#

Seven steps, and you can stop and come back to any of them:

1. Create your account. Sign up and verify your email.
2. Describe your business. Name, website, category, default language and the number to fall back to.
3. Add your locations. Address, time zone, opening hours and the number to fall back to.
4. List your services. What you offer, how long each takes, and what you charge.
5. Add your team. Who can be booked, for which services, at which locations.
6. Get a phone number. A new number in any of 30 countries, or keep the line you have and forward it.
7. Pick a plan. Pay Per Appointment or Unlimited.
