Your Asisto dashboard is your command center for managing calls, appointments, and customer interactions. Key metrics and cards update in real time so you always have the latest picture of your business.
Home Page#
The home page gives you a quick snapshot of your business through several live cards:
Upcoming Appointments#
See appointments scheduled for the next 7 days:
- Customer name
- Service booked
- Date and time
- Assigned staff member
- Appointment status
Click any appointment to see full details or make changes. For the complete appointment management experience, see Appointments.
Phone Numbers#
View your active phone numbers:
- Number and friendly name
- Which location it's assigned to
- Status (active/inactive)

Calendar Integration#
See your calendar status at a glance:
- Connected calendar accounts (Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar)
- Sync status
- Connect or disconnect calendars directly from this card
Staff members can connect their own calendars to keep appointment availability accurate and prevent double-bookings.
Recent Calls#
Quick view of your latest calls:
- Caller phone number
- Call direction (inbound or outbound)
- Call status — missed calls are highlighted for easy follow-up
- Time and duration
- Click to view full call details
Today's Performance#
Monitor your daily metrics at a glance:
- Total Calls — All calls placed and received today
- Answered Calls — How many were picked up
- Missed Calls — Calls that went unanswered (highlighted as a warning if any)
- Voicemails — Messages left by callers
- Average Call Duration — Mean length of today's calls
- Appointments Today — Total bookings for the day
- Answer Rate — Percentage of calls answered vs. total
A trend chart shows call volume throughout the day so you can identify your busiest hours.
Lead Generation & Contact Insights#
Track engagement with your customer base:
- Most Visited Contacts — Top 5 contacts by interaction count, showing who gets the most attention
- Least Visited Contacts — Contacts that may need outreach, helping you identify neglected leads

Favorites#
Pin frequently accessed contacts for quick access. Add favorites by clicking the star icon on any contact. Drag and drop to reorder your favorites list.
