Three plans. Two of them have a published price and the third is quoted. Everything is month to month, there is no setup fee on any plan, and there is a 14 day money-back guarantee.

Pay Per Appointment#

No monthly fee. You pay $7.99 for each appointment the AI books, and nothing for the calls that do not end in a booking.

Suits a business that is trying Asisto out, or one whose phone rings often but converts to a booking less often.

Unlimited#

$279 a month, flat, with no per-appointment charge however many the AI books.

Suits a business booking steadily, and anyone who would rather have one predictable line on the card statement than a variable one.

Enterprise#

Quoted, for franchises and multi-location groups.

Which one is cheaper#

The two published plans cross over at 35 appointments a month, because 35 × $7.99 is $279.65.

• Under 35 bookings a month, Pay Per Appointment costs less.
• Over 35, Unlimited costs less, and the gap widens with every extra booking.
• At roughly 35, they are the same, so pick on predictability rather than price.

You are not locked in either way. If your volume moves, change plan from Settings → Billing and it takes effect immediately.

Common questions#

What counts as a billable appointment?#

An appointment the AI actually books. Calls that end in a question answered, a message taken or a transfer to your team are not billed on Pay Per Appointment.

Can I change plan later?#

Yes, from Settings → Billing, and it takes effect immediately.

Is there a contract?#

No. Every plan is month to month and you can cancel whenever you like.

What happens when I cancel?#

The receptionist stops answering at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data stays available for 30 days after that, which is your window to export it. See Team and billing.

Do you give refunds?#

There is a 14 day money-back guarantee. Email hello@asisto.one inside that window and we refund you in full.

How do I pay?#

Any major credit card, processed by Stripe. Card details never touch our servers.

Do the prices include tax?#

No. Tax is added at checkout based on where your business is.
